1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (crunchy or creamy, you choose)
1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips
Seriously, you can enjoy this without guilt. Here are the specs:

Too much fat? Use reduced fat peanut butter and (I cannot believe I am saying this) swap out the chocolate chips for raisins and you will reduce calories to 240 and fat to 6 grams.
